Reporting to the R&D Center President, the General Counsel will oversee all aspects of the organization’s legal function, including: Serve as a readily available resource to internal business staff on legal matters and provide legal analysis of risks and potential liabilities in all business matters. Prepare, review, and revise contracts and agreements, including University collaborations and technology licensing agreements. Utilize a strategically effective mix of inside and outside counsel which appropriately reflects both short and long-term considerations.
