The person in this position provides exceptional legal counsel to the Australia, New Zealand and Asia Pacific operations of the company, supporting all day-to-day business operations, with primary focus on optimizing customer transactions. Additional general legal and regulatory duties relate to , without limitation, antitrust, environmental, governmental regulations, work health and safety, human resource and labor relations matters, insurance, litigation, real estate transactions, and/or other contractual agreements. Attends to the following as may be assigned from time to time by Corporate Legal governance and non-gaming regulatory, risk management, contract, corporate, and employer-employee law matters.
