This position reports to the Vice President of Intellectual Property and will be responsible for both domestic and international patent, commercial and gaming litigation and intellectual property matters. Primary responsibilities for this position include management of all pending company litigation, patent novelty and clearance studies, and support of business units in technology acquisitions. Complex commercial and intellectual property litigation management.
