Legal Department is looking to hire a creative, detail‐oriented, hard‐working licensed mid‐level attorney to assist the Legal Department with drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, as well as, assisting the Company’s General Counsel with other legal issues and associated tasks. The position will involve primarily drafting and negotiating complex agreements with company’s business partners – agencies, publishers, and advertisers – in a newly developing line of business. You will also need to provide additional support for other types of agreements (consulting and professional services, software licenses, employment agreements and data licensing). As a result, strong drafting and negotiation skills and experience are a requirement.
