The ideal candidate will have experience working in the health care industry or negotiating with benefit vendors and/or health care providers. Provide practical legal and business advice with regard to a wide variety of legal issues that arise in the context of contract negotiations, including insurance, information technology, intellectual property, liability, data protection and privacy, security, environmental health and safety, and corporate compliance matters. Able to quickly identify, analyze and propose solutions to legal and business issues; and
Partner with business clients and other members of the law department to support business objectives in a manner consistent with applicable law and corporate risk tolerance.
