This position counsels and advises on all matters in connection with the Company’s business operations, with the primary objective of minimizing financial and reputational risks associated with legal & compliance actions. In the function as Compliance Officer, the responsibilities also include mitigation and monitoring of operational risk exposure from internal as well as external sources in respect of compliance issues. This pertains to all regulatory regimes under which the Company operates, in the United States and abroad.
