Works under the direction and supervision of the General Counsel. Manages contract drafting, review and negotiation in collaboration with internal departments. Assists with contract development, administration, tracking, reporting and analysis, as well as communication of contract performance and contract compliance. Coordinate documentation and interpretation of contractual rights and obligations internally and ensures that due diligence is consistent with stated terms and conditions.
