The position will entail representation of the Company in business transactions and advising management concerning legal rights, obligations, and privileges. Company is seeking a Corporate Counsel II for either the Springfield, Missouri or Lenexa, Kansas location. A Lenexa hire will require substantial travel to Springfield, MO for training in the first 6-12 months. Minimum of 3 years of transactional/business law experience. Must possess a Missouri or Kansas law license in good standing and a Juris Doctorate degree.
