The position will entail representation of the Company in business transactions and advising management concerning legal rights, obligations, and privileges. Minimum of 3 years of transactional/business law experience. Must possess a Missouri or Kansas law license in good standing and a Juris Doctorate degree. Experience in technology transactions such as software licensing and contracting for data processing services. Looking also for experience in international law and transactions, intellectual property, compliance, and/or government contracting.
