This position will have the opportunity to provide legal advice and support across the lifecycle of the company’s products starting with early stage R&D up through and including post-market entry, including commercial, medical affairs, R&D, clinical trials, manufacturing, marketing, sales and corporate lifecycle functions. Providing advice, education, training and legal direction on research agreements, collaborations, clinical studies, intellectual property, antitrust, privacy and other laws impacting the commercialization of biopharmaceutical products. As a Corporate Counsel in the contracts department, you will have the opportunity to assist clients in a variety of challenging projects that will make a positive impact on their ability to achieve their business goals and the corporate mission.
