The Senior Commercial Counsel will be responsible for providing legal counsel and thought leadership to company business clients on a wide variety of commercial and strategic initiatives across the global organization. The attorney will be responsible for negotiating, drafting and providing strategic counsel for projects representing millions of dollars of revenue and annual spend for company. The position is based in the Redwood City, CA office and will report directly to the General Counsel and informally report to the Associate General Counsel (AGC) who is lead counsel for company’s international markets.
