Assist Global General Counsel to Research in providing legal advice to the Global Research Department (including both Equity and Fixed Income) and individual research Analyst. Responsible for developing and implementing policy; with Litigation and outside counsel on research-related regulatory matters. Managing compliance with all relevant aspects of regulatory guidelines including the SRO analyst independence rules, Regulation AC, the global research settlement and other research initiatives.
