Company is seeking an experienced legal professional who will participate in negotiating, drafting and reviewing a wide variety of commercial agreements, including time sensitive customer and sales agreements, service agreements and software license (including open source), supply, manufacturing, and outsourcing agreements. In addition the successful candidate will advise the company on resolving legal issues and assessing legal risks and business strategies related to human resources, compliance and other general corporate matters. The Director, Legal Affairs will lead the local legal team and interface directly with senior level management, members of the legal departments of the company and its worldwide affiliates, customers and suppliers and outside legal advisors. The successful candidate will bring exceptional business judgment and creativity to the daily role, and have a track record both of collaborating and thriving in a team environment
