Corporate Counsel to assist the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary and function as a liason regarding Board of Directors matters. Provide legal support regarding federally mandated corporate legal issues as well as corporate governance matters for publicly-traded company. Support day-to-day administration of the Corporate Secretary function. Administer legal formalities of corporate subsidiaries. Coordinate Board and Committee briefing materials, working closely with members of the Legal department and heads of other departments and their assistants.
