Report to Senior Vice President, General Counsel. Negotiate, draft and/or supervise negotiation and preparation of complex corporate and commercial transactions in connection with business activities. Transactions could potentially include: investments in, or acquisitions of Internet e-commerce, media and technology companies; multi-platform media (e.g., video programming) acquisition, development, distribution and license agreements; business process and information technology agreements; advertising and sponsorship agreements; and ticketing agreements. Provide legal advice to company’s business units and managers.
