As the Attorney, the person will be responsible for providing legal oversight, counsel and processes to help company manage and maintain its agreements. This position requires a lawyer with knowledge of businesses and the ability to understand complex commercial arrangements and issues as well as the ability to manage the demands of sales organization while also ensuring that company’s intellectual property and general practices are protected with liability and exposure is mitigated. Responsible for legal oversight and advice on agreements by the various businesses of the company.
