The position will include all legal aspects of the US business (general commercial work) and assisting with commercial real estate and infrastructure matters, and respective transactions. Draft and negotiate commercial contracts required for oilfield services including customer service agreements, supply chain/procurement agreements, maintenance agreements and non-disclosure agreements. Prepare commercial real estate and leasing documentation, assist with industrial real estate acquisitions and dispositions including raw land purchases and purchases of developed real estate; prepare or review real estate financing documentation, review title commitments, and conduct land title searches.
