We are seeking an experienced employment attorney with 15 years of experience to create and lead the Employment Law function for the Company. This position will have significant responsibility in partnering with the Human Resources department to shape and develop the Company’s strategic direction in the Employment space and for serving as a senior level contact in a small and developing in-house legal department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, a substantial portion of which must include prior in-house counsel tenure and work in a developing Employment law team/department. Compensation is competitive with existing in-house salaries in the Washington, DC metro area and includes base salary, cash bonus and long term incentives.
