Play a key role in handling a variety of complex and significant corporate legal matters at the company. Handle corporate governance activities, including preparation for board meetings, maintenance of board materials, implementation and oversight of corporate policies, and maintenance of the company's corporate structure. Prepare corporate filings, amendments, and resolutions. Provide strategic advice to senior management on a range of corporate legal issues. Assist with stock option and other equity-related issues, including drafting appropriate legal documents.
