This position will provide legal support for SEC reporting, corporate finance, corporate governance and compliance, complex transactions and general corporate matters. Duties include work on SEC disclosures, public company reporting, preparation of Board materials and corporate filings, assistance with corporate finance transactions (including offerings and securitizations), and handling of other corporate matters, such as review of contracts. Manage all aspects of SEC Reporting. Work effectively with outside counsel and business leaders on corporate finance and corporate governance initiatives.
