Corporate and Securities Counsel will be responsible for SEC reporting and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, debt financing, business development support, and corporate governance. The person in this position will manage the complex, post-acquisition corporate entity structure. This role will have significant responsibilities related to the integration and operation of the combined company. Reporting to the General Counsel, the experienced public-company lawyer in this role must be able to think strategically and apply sound judgment to critical corporate projects.
