Company is seeking a Corporate Counsel to support its sales organizations, including On Premise and Cloud, professional services, development and other teams. Prime responsibilities include, drafting and negotiating multiple complex technology license, service and related agreements to help achieve company’s business growth strategies and objectives, within the company risk tolerances, while maintaining company policies, and complying with applicable laws. In addition, the position may support one or more internal lines of business/practice areas such as marketing, bankruptcy, financing, M&A, etc.
