Company is looking to fill a Legal Counsel position that will serve as an integral part of the Senior Management team and will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer. Serving as a strategic advisor and integral member of the Senior Management team, counseling colleagues and the Boards of Directors to ensure the Center remains in full legal and ethical compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Drafting and reviewing business contracts involving leases, licenses, purchases, real estate, insurance, employment and other issues.
