This role will provide general legal advice to company and its affiliated subsidiary entities. In addition, this position provides legal services and advice on issues affecting day to day corporate management and hospital activities. Reviews, interprets and advises various parties to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulatory agency requirements, minimizes legal exposure, and protects corporate interests on the following: contracts and legal documents, including, for example, lease agreements, construction contracts, and employment agreements.
