Office of General Counsel is seeking an experienced lawyer to join the intellectual property staff of its Legal Department who will report directly to the Vice President & General Counsel and will work under the direction of its Senior Intellectual Property Attorney and indirectly to the company's Vice President for Intellectual Property & Licensing. This position will be part of the team responsible for all IP legal matters throughout RMS (annual sales of $6.5 billion, 11,000 employees with operations in Arizona, California, New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany and Spain). The successful candidate will support the preparation, review, negotiation, and revision of IP aspects of a wide range of business transactions and support the identification and protection of Company’s IP.
