Included are a variety of employment issues related to advising the business and the HR department regarding employment matters. The position requires experience assessing, developing, and executing employment policies, advising business and HR leaders on employment matters, and supporting business initiatives and desired culture through positive employment practices. The Counsel –Employment will closely interact with internal clients by providing timely legal advice and solutions to employment law issues and resolving business relationship issues. The Counsel – Employment will also perform any and all other duties as assigned. The position may involve some travel.
