We are seeking a high performance, proactive, solutions oriented and highly ethical professional to serve as our in-house Real Estate Attorney. You will primarily support Real Estate / Development / Facilities functions on a variety of new site, development, renewal, amendment, facilities, default and other legal matters, including, but not limited to, the following: Assisting with lease negotiation and execution (including all exhibits thereto). Preparing lease briefs and related reports and matrices. Reviewing estoppel agreements, subordination agreements, title documents, easement issues, etc.
