Reporting to the CFO, the VP of Tax will have primary responsibility for tax strategy, planning, M&A and tax accounting for company and affiliated companies. The VP of Tax will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all federal, state, local and applicable foreign tax laws and regulations, as well as providing leadership for all tax audits. This position will provide direction for the compiling, preparation, and filing of tax returns, analyze calculations of tax provisions and disclosure of all tax matters in the financial accounts of the company & Affiliates, conduct tax research, and implement optimal tax minimization strategies.
