The primary role of the Corporate Development Counsel will be to lead the company’s integration needs related to mergers and acquisitions and business development. The individual will support senior management in merger and acquisition activity, ensuring that all integration / transaction processes are completed effectively. Coordinate transaction processes, including working with other advisors / team members regarding transaction processes, timelines, data requests, bid process / documents; liaise with clients (CEO, CFO, business development teams) regarding project deliverables and timing.
