The Senior Corporate Counsel is the commercial and contractual lead in the Americas Legal Department on Federal, State, and Local Government Contracts. Reporting to the General Counsel, Americas, this position will review, draft, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents for Detection in the United States, support the continuous improvement of standard form agreements and legal processes & policies, and provide legal support in other areas as needed including corporate governance, international trade compliance, transactions, and litigation. This position manages the non-attorney contracts staff.
