To proactively manage and mitigate legal risk and in particular to act as legal business partner to the following business areas in Corporate Banking: Financial Institutions Group (FIG) and Global Corporates (GC). Other selected coverage teams supported by the Debt Advisory Legal team. The debt business of any other business teams designated by the Legal function from time to time, each of the above being referred to as the “Business Teams”. In particular, advising on the following: Transactional queries in relation to internally documented debt products and related documents, but with a particular focus on insurance and trade products.
