We are seeking a Senior Counsel, Compliance and Data Privacy attorney, to join our in-house law department. This position reports to the Assistant General Counsel - Compliance, and will focus on various subject matters, with a specific focus on data privacy and data security. The Senior Counsel, Compliance and Data Privacy is primarily responsible for providing legal advice to the Company regarding compliance with state, federal, and international data privacy and security laws. In addition, this attorney will engage in advancing and enforcing the Company’s data security and data privacy policies, procedures, and strategies.
