The Corporate Counsel will develop, implement, and oversee the Company’s Compliance Program. The Compliance Program is focused on the development and implementation of processes and procedures throughout the Company’s retail operating units which are designed to ensure that the Company’s operations are compliant with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations and consistent with the Company’s core values. The primary focus of the position will be to advise on legal and regulatory compliance with respect to the Company’s regulated retail operations.
