Negotiating, drafting and reviewing retail real estate leases and other real estate and corporate related documents and agreements. Guide the real estate group through the various stages of the retail leasing, property acquisition and property operational processes, including collaboration, strategy, cost analysis, metric building, price negotiation, contract negotiation and contract execution. Providing legal advice and assistance on various corporate and real estate related matters. Supporting the development and implementation of internal policies and procedures, and assisting with the ongoing compliance with such policies and procedures.
