The Associate Director of Business and Legal Affairs provides support through the drafting, reviewing and negotiation of a myriad of agreements related to development, production, distribution and marketing of programming for the our Channels. This position reports to the SVP of Business and Legal Affairs and indirectly VP/Directors of Business and Legal Affairs. Negotiate and draft a variety of scripted and non-scripted television production and development agreements, as well as marketing agreements in support of programming.
