The company's Business & Legal Affairs department is seeking an Associate Director level attorney to draft, review and negotiate a variety of agreements related to the development and production of programming. Negotiate and draft a variety of scripted television production and development agreements in support of programming. Analyze contracts in response to business questions, as well as to provide contractual and research information to more senior attorneys to assist in business development, litigation risk assessment, etc.
