The position is responsible for providing consultation and legal advice, as well as ensuring the legal processes necessary to affect the rights, privileges and obligations of the organization, primarily for the Company’s Corrosion Protection Platform. Gathers evidence and information to support management decision making by senior management of the Platform and the Company. Prepares and reviews various legal instruments and documents such as leases, licenses, indemnification agreements, guarantees, releases, purchase and sale contracts, etc.
