The Law Department, based in Atlanta GA, is seeking an M&A attorney with a minimum of 4 years practice experience to join its M&A team. This role has significant client interaction and will be a key member of the legal team that supports company’s Business Development Group in Atlanta, Georgia as well as company’s Finance Group also in Atlanta, Georgia. Lead the structuring, drafting, and negotiation of acquisitions and divestitures, forming and investing in ventures, and related financings, while working as a team with other in-house attorneys, corporate development personnel, and outside attorneys.
