Provide high level legal support to the Company’s real estate professionals in various areas, including preparation and negotiation of various brokerage, property management and consulting contracts and ancillary agreements, and counseling Company sales professionals on specific transactions. Negotiate and draft commercial brokerage agreements, contracts and other legal instruments to protect the Company’s interests. Provide legal counsel and guidance to managers and sales professionals on legal aspects of business activities within assigned areas. Appropriately identify and analyze legal issues.
