Working closely with all levels of leadership at the company, the General Counsel will oversee and supervise all manner of global legal affairs, compliance, risk management and corporate governance in this hyper growth international enterprise software company. Provide effective and strategic advice and analysis to the company, its executives and its Board of Directors regarding litigation risks, corporate initiatives, strategic alliances, mergers and acquisitions, risk management, equity, regulatory, governance and all other legal and compliance matters. Formulate, implement and manage internal governance policies to ensure global regulatory and legal compliance, including FCPA, data privacy and security, Safe Harbor and corporate governance.
