Company is looking for an Associate Sales Counsel to work closely with the Sales Counsel and the Sales and Partnerships teams to structure, negotiate and draft agreements with agencies and advertisers for the sale of advertising products. The Associate Sales Counsel will also collaborate on new advertising products and the legal requirements for those products. This job is located in company’s Venice, CA offices. Draft, negotiate, review, and interpret agreements relating to advertising sales and sponsorships, including advertising insertion orders, master terms with advertising agencies, and upfront deals.
