The Counsel position will assist the Chief Corporate Counsel in the areas of securities law, corporate governance and other legal issues affecting a public New York Stock Exchange listed company. Compliance with Federal securities laws, including the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Monitoring, maintaining and implementing various corporate governance practices and policies, including compliance with New York Stock Exchange listing requirements. Supporting Treasury in (i) raising money in the capital markets, (ii) redemptions and (iii) negotiating and interpreting revolving credit facilities.
