Company is seeking a highly motivated lawyer to work with the company’s Vice President Legal Affairs to manage and direct the legal affairs of the Company. The Senior Corporate Counsel will help advance the company’s domestic and international business initiatives through a combination of creative energy, legal judgment, business acumen, and leadership with best practices, focusing on customer and partner contracting, software licensing, intellectual property management, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, financing, human resources and employment matters, international expansion and subsidiary matters. The Senior Corporate Counsel will report to the Vice President Legal Affairs.
