Company is seeking to fill a newly created role for Executive Director/Senior Counsel, Intellectual Property, Data Privacy/Usage/Analytics to support company's rapidly growing innovation and product offering expansion. This position requires demonstrated subject matter expertise and experience in intellectual property law and IP asset management, including global IP portfolio assessment, development and management, competitive IP/patent analyses, evaluation of IP as part of strategic transactions and negotiating and contracting for IP-related acquisitions, JVs, vendor relationships and other affiliations. The candidate will also have current subject matter expertise in global data privacy and data usage issues and applicable regulatory and self-regulatory regimes.
