The position focuses on drafting and negotiation of provider contracts and providing legal advice and counsel to corporate and market operations on an array of state and federal regulations affecting provider network contracting and related issues for commercial and government. In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and reviewing internal policies and procedures and other legal documents that support network operations of the company.
