This position involves working with the company’s businesses on a variety of complex commercial agreements and arrangements, including distribution, technology, licensing and other IP-related agreements. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing a variety of licensing and related agreements, advising the company on IP issues, overseeing the company’s intellectual property protection policies and working with outside counsel to establish and maintain the company’s trademark registrations and other filings necessary to perfect the company’s intellectual property rights. The position will also involve some work on M&A and joint venture transactions. The position will report to the Associate General Counsel-IP.
