Providing legal advice and representation to businesses involved in patent litigation and other related legal issues. The position requires broad knowledge of patent litigation and procedures. The attorney will personally manage and lead team comprised of internal and external resources to achieve cost effective and successful outcomes. Key responsibilities include the development of case strategies and budgets as well as active involvement in patent litigation matters, which typically will include the factual investigation, pretrial pleadings, discovery and motions practice and dispute resolution (whether by settlement, trial, or ADR).
