Intellectual Property/Patent Attorney whose primary responsibility will be to provide support, in a highly collaborative environment, for all commercial IP matters ranging from commercial transactions and development contracts, M&A and business development, patent and technology licensing initiatives, freedom to operate/right-to-use clearance studies, IP litigation support, use of open source and collaborative development initiatives. This position will report to the VP and Senior Intellectual Property Counsel. Provide IP support, advice and counsel for contract matters including: Contract Development and Negotiations – Licenses, R&D Collaboration, and Joint Development.
