Reporting to the General Counsel, the attorney in this position advises internal clients on the Company’s legal rights, obligations and privileges on a wide variety of legal matters. Utilizes a broad familiarity with major legal disciplines to provide internal clients with timely legal advice and counsel to minimize risk and advance the Company’s interests. Advises on the legal implications of different strategies relating to initiating, maintaining, and terminating contractual relationships. Reviews, negotiates, drafts and advises internal clients on issues related to a wide variety of contracts and agreements including government contracts.
