Provide legal support for all legal matters, including managing existing service agreements and negotiating new service agreements, consulting agreements, technology and IP licensing arrangements and other vendor contracts as the business grows. Support customer onboarding issues and negotiations as necessary. Identify, evaluate and advise company senior management and board concerning any legal issues impacting the company business. Provide legal support in evaluating and structuring new company products or services, and new business opportunities for company. Evaluate and manage data rights issues and IP issues.
